We are reviewing the labor behind difficult matches, especially small touch-up requests. I am less interested in exact prices than how other stores separate a normal match from a high-effort job.

We separate standard scans from restoration or touch-up-critical work. The key was writing down what each service includes so staff do not improvise the policy.
