Contractor traffic
Are weekday mornings becoming more concentrated? Are delivery requests or after-hours pickups changing? The launch survey will separate seasonal anecdotes from a repeated signal.
Staffing pressure
Which tasks are hardest to train, and where does a thin schedule create the most rework? Responses will be reported only in aggregate.
Service lead times
Operators will be asked about time-to-response, parts availability, and the operational workaround used while equipment is down.
How this will be reported
No individual store, employee, vendor contact, or private response will be identified. A finding publishes only when the response pool is large enough to be useful and non-identifying.
